Geppert Holistic Healing
Starting Tuesday May 26th, we will resume regular treatment for acupuncture and herbal appointments. The safety and health of our patients and staff has always been top priority, and will continue that way moving forward. As recommended by the CDC and NCCAOM we have implemented some additional Covid-19 infection control policies.
* Patients will arrive as close to their actual appointment time as possible; we will not have chairs in the waiting area and prefer patients not loiter in the hallway.
*Only the person with the scheduled appointment can enter the office, unless they are a minor then one parent/guardian may come with.
* Patients who have experienced any of the following symptoms within the last 14 days should stay home and isolate, then seek medical advice: Fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell, sore throat, muscle aches, extreme fatigue. (We will not charge for last minute cancellations in this case.)
*We will be taking everyone’s temperature that enters the office, anyone with a fever will be sent home and asked to self-isolate and contact their doctor for advice.
*All patients must wear an appropriate mask that covers NOSE AND MOUTH the entire time you are in our office. We do not have masks to provide for patients.
*Patients will immediately practice hand hygiene with provided sanitizer upon entering the office, and refrain from adjusting masks or touching your face, and immediately re-sanitize if you do.
*We will be disinfecting all necessary surfaces between patients, and staggering appointments to avoid crowding.
Thank you for all of your understanding and patience during this time, as we navigate through our new normal! We can’t wait to see all of you!
* We will be following increased disinfection procedures for all communal surfaces but cannot guarantee complete safety from cross-contamination.
*Due to nationwide shortages, we do not have enough masks to provide for patients; so please bring your own!
*We are NOT emergency frontline care for serious respiratory viruses like Influenza or COVID-19. If you are concerned you have COVID-19 or may have been exposed; please call for advice on when/where to go at:

Thank you, and stay healthy!!!
